% interest rate is applicable for New Customers and only for the 1st deposit.

New Customer is a customer for whom New2Deposit promo deposit is the 1st deposit contract in Inbank (ie. customer does not have and did not have any active deposit in Inbank).

New2Deposit promo deposit may be set up starting from 1.000 zł up to 50.000 zł.

IMPORTANT: New2Deposit promo deposit opened up by a customer who is not New Customer will be decreased to the standard offer level. If New Customer opens up more than one New2Deposit promo deposit then only the 1st promo deposit will have 4.50% ineterest rate. Interest rate for the 2nd and any further subsequent promo deposit will be decreased to the standard offer level. When customer is not eligible for promo conditions then Bank will decrease interest rate on promo deposit contracts within 30 days since contract conclusion date.

In the "Become customer" tab or by clicking the "Open deposit" button, provide the necessary personal data, select the parameters of the deposit, enter the promotion code (if you have one), sign a term savings deposit agreement and top it up by bank transfer within 5 days from the date of conclusion of the agreement.

Identity is verified using one of the methods available on our website. New customers are identified using the AIS/PSD2 method through the bank of your choice. The process is easy and takes up to a few minutes. Then you will be able to continue as a registered customer. In the last step of concluding a deposit agreement, we will ask you to make a "pay-by-link" transfer, with which you will top up the deposit and we will additionally verify your identity. You can make a "pay-by-link" transfer via Autopay S.A. If your bank makes "pay-by-link" transfers with immediate effect, the funds will go to Inbank and pay off on your deposit on the same day. In other cases, the funds will go to Inbank and will pay off in your deposit, usually on the next business day.

In order to make a "pay-by-link" transfer:

1. select your bank from the list available,
2. you will be redirected to your bank's website, where you will log in and authorize the transfer order. For security reasons, the link to your bank's website will only be active for 2 hours,
3. if your bank is not on the list of banks offering the "pay-by-link" transfer service, select the option "I have an account in another bank" and copy or rewrite the displayed data for the transfer (i.e. account number, beneficiary name, title and amount of the transfer),
4. then log in to your bank's website, submit and then authorize the transfer order.

You can make a transfer in the "I have an account in another bank" option within 5 days from the date of concluding the deposit agreement, but remember to copy or rewrite and save the data for the transfer, as they will not be available after closing the browser window.

You can also generate the data for the transfer yourself. For this purpose:

1. log in to Inbank's internet banking,
2. select the Deposits tab, and then choose deposit which you want to add money,
3. next to the deposit that is awaiting top-up there is a button "Add a new amount". After pressing this button, the system will redirect you to the Autopay website, where from the list you can select the bank where your account is kept. If your bank is not on the list, select the "I have an account in another bank" option and press the pay button. The page will display individual data for topping up the deposit, which should be copied to the transaction system at your bank.

Topping up the deposit is best done on a device on which no other banks' applications are installed, as devices on which such applications are installed may not properly connect to the Autopay platform.

Autopay S.A. has been operating on the market since 1999 and has the status of a National Payment Institution supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority in the field of payment services. It provides banks, insurers and e-commerce companies with, among others instant payments systems, verification and authorization systems. It is also the operator of the Blue Cash Payment System, operating on the basis of the first consent of the National Bank of Poland in Poland, which covers over 70 banks and handles over 150,000 instant transfers per month.

Yes - both at the stage of concluding the deposit agreement and during the term of the deposit, you can choose whether the deposit should be automatically renewed. The deposit is renewed with interest on a new standard deposit for the same period as the original deposit and has an interest rate according to rates applicable to standard deposits on the renewal date. In the case of automatic renewal of the deposit, Inbank will increase the interest rate after the renewal with a bonus of + 0.1%. After the automatic renewal, the deposit can be terminated at any time without losing the interest accrued before the renewal. If you want to change the termination or renewal options, you can do so no later than 2 days before the maturity date of the deposit.

After breaking or ending the deposit (unless you have chosen the automatic renewal option), we will transfer the funds to the account from which you credited the deposit. We transfer the funds at the latest on the next business day after the end of the deposit. If your bank account has changed, please inform us by letter or by e-mail by sending a message from the e-mail address provided in Inbank.

You can terminate the deposit yourself by logging into Inbank's Internet Bank and accessing the details of the deposit you wish to end. You can also submit a request by mail or electronically by sending a message from the email address registered with Inbank. Terminating the deposit before the maturity date specified in the agreement will result in the loss of all accrued interest.
